Technical Services

Indigo Software provides full Implementation and Support services for all our products as well as additional support services for the environments we work with.

These services include:

  • Administration services - we can assist you in managing and maintaining your Lotus/Domino environment. We have experienced Lotus Administrators available to support R5, R6 and R7 environments.
  • Development services - we use only experienced Lotus Development consultants to meet customers' development needs. These include standard Lotus Notes client and web based applications.
  • User Training Services - using experienced consultants we deliver Lotus Notes courses aimed at end user.  These courses can be customised to meet individual customer needs.
  • Post Implementation Support - We work with all our Customers to jointly agree on the best plan for providing ongoing support. This support can include a fixed term contract or add hoc support on a time and materials basis
